HAND COVERED BOOKS

The hand-covered books I create are a pleasure to own and a delight to handle and are covered with carefully selected fabrics including pure oriental silk brocades, fine silks, ribbons and cottons - all padded with cotton wadding for softness of touch.

The covers are permanently applied to casebound and stitched Seawhite sketch books and are available in two sizes - A5 and A6. 
Each consists of 90 pages (45 sheets) of archive quality acid free 140gsm white paper which is suitable for both wet and dry techniques.

Skilfully hand-made with care and thought, they do of course make wonderful presents for many occasions and offer a choice of use from travel journal, sketching, photographs, gardening, new baby to wedding book and probably many other uses thought up by yourself!

These hand crafted books are as follows: 

A6 (smaller book 11.2cm x 15.7cm)    either landscape or portrait format      

A5 (larger book  21.5cm x 15.7 cm)    either landscape or portrait format 

All competitively priced.
